Robotic "Sales Scripts"

Sales scripts do not enable you to be fully self-expressed and earn your prospect's trust and credibility, especially if you are telling stories that are not truth-based. Buyers and sellers want you to listen and empathize with their needs, show them how you solve their problems, and build a relationship based on trust and credibility. Eliminate the embarrassing sales scripts and have an open and flowing conversation. Successful selling is nothing more than showing your potential clients how to navigate all the complexities of a real estate contract and protecting their best interests. These archaic and uncomfortable high-pressure sales scripts are robotic, exhausting, and rarely work.
